| 6. | To go with this amendment , the factories and industrial undertakings ( lifting appliances and lifting gear ) regulations , the factories and industrial undertakings ( suspended working platforms ) regulation and the factories and industrial undertakings ( loadshifting machinery ) regulation were also amended to extend the duties of the principal contractor to other contractors who control the way any construction work involving the use of these equipment or machinery is carried out on the construction site
为了配合此项修订，我们亦对《工厂及工业经营（起重机械及起重装置）规例》 、 《工厂及工业经营（吊船）规例》和《工厂及工业经营（负荷物移动机械）规例》作出相应修订，把总承建商的责任，扩展至在地盘内控制任何涉及使用这些设备或机械的建筑工程进行方式的其他承建商。 |
